How much is postage?
Postage is FREE! All DVDs sent in bubble wrapped parcels via Royal Mail First Class Post!
How long can I expect delivery to be?
You can expect to receive your order within 1-3 working days.
Do you ship to mainland Europe?
Yes, we ship across Europe for £2 per order.
How do I pay?
Add any number of DVDs to your basket and click Google Checkout to pay.
What cards does Google Checkout accept?
Google Checkout accepts Visa, MasterCard and Solo credit and debit cards.
Does SNOWMO accept cheques?
Yes, if you would prefer to pay via cheque tell SNOWMO your intentions, we’ll email an order form which can be returned via post with a cheque.
Does SNOWMO accept BACS (bank transfer)?
Yes, we accept payments using BACS – Bankers Automated Clearing System, but orders take a further 3 working days to process. Please email info@snowmo.co.uk to initiate this process.
What if I don’t receive my order within 1-3 working days?
Email info@snowmo.co.uk and we’ll track your order. If there appears to be a problem we’ll send out a replacement immediately.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept all returns within 30 days as long as all items are in their original packaging.
What do I do if I have any more problems?

What if I cannot find the DVDs I want?
Email info@snowmo.co.uk with your requests. We have contact with distributors around the world and can complete most requests within 10 working days.
What if I do not want to pay for my order?
a.) kindly offer to do our jobs for us, or b.) send an email explaining why you cannot afford to pay; if we deem it to be worthy we’ll see your order goes through. We’re here for business, not just to make money!
